We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Founders Associate to become the go to person to our founder and CEO, Peter-Jan Celis (PJ). A diverse role where you’ll be able to see all elements of the business, helping PJ to pitch the vision of Judge.me both internally and externally, and to really dive into our product and its growth. The role requires a high degree of flexibility, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. In this role you will gain a deep insight into the entrepreneurial process and have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth and success of Judge.me. This role is perfect for someone looking to transition from a consulting background into a Product Manager position.

Responsibilities

  • To work directly with our founder/CEO, PJ, to assist him in his day to day activities.

  • Helping to pitch our vision to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Working with PJ to flesh out one of our exciting new revenue projects.

  • Working closely with our product team to strategise and implement new features.

  • Acting as a liaison between the founder and other team members, stakeholders, investors, and external partners. This includes drafting emails, preparing reports, and sometimes managing internal communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Consulting/Strategy experience with a reputable firm (think BCG, Bain, McKinsey etc)

  • Data driven, experienced in drilling into the data to gain insights, create reports, and communicate findings.

  • Operational mindset, identifying opportunities to fix and automate processes.

  • Experience in marketing and pitching, with clear and consultative communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset - always sniffing out new growth opportunities.

  • A passion for reviews, e-commerce, trust, and our mission.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Data: A passion and extensive knowledge in data analysis

  • E-commerce: A background/interest in e-commerce, with knowledge of the challenges and exciting growth opportunities within the space

  • Adaptability: The ability to switch tasks and priorities quickly, adapting to new roles or challenges as Judge.me evolves.

  • Proactiveness: Being proactive in identifying the needs of the business and taking initiative to start and complete projects without constant direction.

  • Problem-solving Skills: The capability to think critically and creatively to solve problems as they arise, often under time pressure and with limited resources.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying ideas, making presentations, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in handling tasks, ensuring accuracy in data, reports, and all communications.

  • Organisational Skills: Being highly organised to manage various tasks, meetings, and projects, with a good eye for prioritisation. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work well with a diverse team, managing relationships both within and outside the company.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience

  • Hybrid Remote/Office working - 2 days in the office
